Het laat zien hoe ik doelgerichte werkrelaties bevorder, waarbij ik uiteenlopende meningen respecteer en de waarde van diverse culturele achtergronden erken.<\/p>\n<p>Aan de hand van praktijkvoorbeelden illustreer ik het bouwen van bruggen tussen verschillende standpunten en mijn openheid voor dialoog en samenwerking.<\/p>\n<p>De praktijkvoorbeelden zijn ingedeeld in de onderstaande categorie\u00ebn. Op onze school zijn er veel verschillende vakken die allemaal hun eigen programma hebben. Hoe mooi is het om deze vakken samen te laten werken? Steven helpt daarin ook andere collega&#8217;s mee om na te denken over deze aanpak. Als ze bij het vak wiskunde de stelling van Pythagoras moeten doen, hoe mooi is het dan om dit dan uit te werken bij het vak techniek. Hoe vallen de driehoeken in elkaar en welke hoeken heb je nodig? Steven communiceert op een prettige manier en komt dan ook gelijk met voorbeelden. Dit werkt zeer prettig. Steven gaat naar bijeenkomsten in en buiten de school om daar informatie te krijgen die hij weer in kan zetten op onze school. Hierbij neemt hij vaak deel aan de vergadering waar hij zijn idee\u00ebn dan presenteert. Alle docenten worden hierin dan uitgedaagd om mee te denken hoe je dit neer kan zetten bij je vak en de samenwerking aan kan gaan! _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Mijn rol binnen de sectie Techniek en de vakgroep Basis\/Kader 2-3-4 kenmerkt zich vaak door projectco\u00f6rdinatie en het vormgeven van beleid. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn:<br \/>&#8211; Co\u00f6rdinatie van de verbouwing<br \/>&#8211; Co\u00f6rdinatie van de Makerspace<br \/>&#8211; Het schrijven van een vakwerkplan<br \/>&#8211; Het inventariseren van klachten binnen de vakgroep<\/p>\n<p>Op vakgroepniveau is communicatie met tact, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met persoonlijke doelen, plannen en lopende afspraken, cruciaal. Na vier jaar in het onderwijs is mijn ervaring dat elke docent als een onderneming functioneert en dat gezamenlijke constructieve groei een complex proces is waarbij geduld en tact van groot belang zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Een concreet voorbeeld is de renovatie van het technieklokaal en de daarbij horende cultuuromslag met betrekking tot lesmethoden en discipline voor onderhoud.
